Data controller
Alejandro Vicario Blokhina, Spanish tax identification number 48553587N, of Calle Lagunas de Ruidera, CC VIA PARK V, Local 17, 03189, Alicante, Spain, is the controller of personal data managed through Piscinas & Jardines Torrevieja.
Privacy contact: info@piscinasyjardinestorrevieja.com.
Information we process
We process information you provide when contacting us or requesting a quotation: your name, telephone number, email address when provided, town or postcode, requested service, project details, comments and optional photographs.
We may also process technical information necessary for website security and operation, such as IP address, access date, browser information and activity logs.
Required fields are identified in the form. Without the information needed to contact you and assess your request, we may be unable to deal with it. Photographs and technical details marked as optional are not required to submit an enquiry.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange visits and manage requested services. Where you request a quotation or purchase a service, processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or performing that contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
General enquiries and security measures are handled on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to communications and protecting the website against misuse, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Tax, accounting and other legal obligations are handled under Article 6(1)(c).
Requesting a quotation does not subscribe you to advertising. Any use requiring separate consent will be presented separately.
Photographs
You may attach up to three photographs to help us assess the work. Avoid including identifiable individuals, children, documents, vehicle registration plates or unnecessary private information.
Photographs are used to manage your request and, where applicable, the contracted service. Sending them does not authorise publication on our website, social media or advertising. Promotional use requires separate permission. Access to attachments is limited to authorised personnel and providers who need it.
Retention
Enquiries and photographs are retained while a request is being handled or a quotation or negotiation remains active. When the information is no longer needed, erasing the enquiry and its photographs requires a specific administrative action. Archiving, closing or changing its status does not erase them automatically.
If you purchase a service, necessary information is retained during the contractual relationship. Afterwards, only information needed to meet legal obligations or address potential liabilities is kept with restricted access for the applicable periods. Once no longer needed, it is reviewed and erased through a specific administrative action. The controller must set the actual retention periods before approving this policy as final.
Recipients and external services
IONOS provides website hosting. Hosting, email and technical support providers may access information where necessary to deliver their services, subject to the relevant confidentiality and data protection obligations. Information may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
We do not sell your information or automatically share it with other Grupo Torrevieja businesses merely because they share the brand.
WhatsApp is optional. Using it involves processing by its provider and may involve international transfers under the safeguards described in its European Economic Area privacy policy. You may use the form or email instead. Information about relevant providers and safeguards can be requested through our privacy contact.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, by contacting our privacy email or postal address. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
We may request proportionate information to verify your identity where necessary. Requests will be handled within the statutory time limits. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
